Receipt of Goods
Please check goods/packs before signing, if there is any damage and/or shortages the carriers note should be endorsed to that effect.  No responsibility will be accepted for damaged or missing items that have been signed for as received in good condition.

Please note any goods left as per your request/instruction are deemed to have been delivered complete and in good condition and no claims can be entertained for any damages or shortages.

​Goods damaged in transit or short deliveries
If goods delivered are damaged in transit or items are missing the carriers note should be endorsed to that effect. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged or missing items that have been signed for as received in good condition.
If goods are damaged or missing then please contact our Customer Services Department immediately on 01329 841416 who will investigate the problem and arrange for the despatch of replacement goods as applicable.

We will investigate and advise you of what action we can offer to resolve the problem.

Warranty/Faulty Goods
The Company warrants that all goods supplied for use within the UK shall be of merchantable quality and will replace or, at our option, repair or refund all such faulty goods notified by the Buyer in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery and in any case before they are fixed, fitted or in any other way used. Apart from the liability to replace faulty goods, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages whether consequential or otherwise howsoever caused or occasioned this undertaking is given in place of and excludes all other warranties and conditions whatsoever whether expressed or implied by statute or common law in so far as and to the extent that is lawful to exclude them.

Returns and Refunds
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the order for any item purchased on this website. This right will last for 14 days after the day on which you receive delivery of the order.
Cancellation Rights
You can cancel any on-line order (excluding bespoke/special or made to measure products) and receive a refund (including standard delivery charges*) by contacting our customer services department on 01329 841416 at any time before the order is despatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.
Refunds will be paid to the payment card/method used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after our receipt of the returned product/s to us.
We are permitted to reduce your credit/refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product/s which is due to the manner in which you have handled them.     *No refund of any original delivery charges will be issued unless the complete order is returned.
Please note that if you cancel an order after the product/s has been despatched/delivered, you will be responsible for returning the product/s to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order.
IMPORTANT – Products must be returned in their original condition (including all fittings, screws, instructions and original packaging – failure will incur costs being deducted from any credit/refund due). We will inspect the products upon their return and providing they are in a re-saleable condition we will issue a credit/refund. No credit/refund can be given for products that have been used, cut or fitted in any manner.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product after it has been despatched/delivered, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product/s to us.
Please contact our customer services department to request a returns form or download a copy from our website – please do not send any products back until we have acknowledged your request.

You should be aware that the product/s would be returned at your risk, therefore you may wish to insure against loss or damage in transit. Please ensure products are suitably packed for transportation, as we cannot accept responsibility for products damaged or lost in transit.
